Superbills are available upon request. These are detailed receipts you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

- Commercial Insurance: Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, and United Health Care
- Military: TRICARE
- Medicaid: Aetna, Humana, KY Medicaid, Molina / Passport Commercial, UHS Community Plan, and Well Care.
- Medicare: Anthem Medicare, Humana Medicare, Medicare Part B, UHS Medicare
- If you do not see your insurance provider on the list, feel free to contact me and I can see if we can work out an agreement with them.
Cash-Pay Rates
Initial Consultation calls:
A free 15-minute video or phone call to talk about your needs and see if we might be a good fit!
Individual Counseling:
$120 per 50-minute video session
$189 per 75-minute video session
Couples Counseling:
$199 per 75-minute video session
Group Therapy:
Group therapy sessions are $99 per person for 50 minutes. To learn about groups I am running now or in the future, please use the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Reduced Sliding Scale Rates:
I offer need-based reduced-rate spots. Schedule a free initial consultation session and tell me you’re interested!
Consultation
Consultation pricing varies depending on the client and needs. To request a session, please use the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Cancellation fees:
If a client reschedules a session before 24 hours of a session, there is no penalty. If a client reschedules within 24 hours of a session and attends the rescheduled session, only a $50 reschedule fee will apply. If a client cancels within 24 hours of a session or does not attend (no communication within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time), the full session fee will be charged.
Phone calls, emails, and text messages that require an intensive response will be billed at the full session rate. Brief or non-clinical inquiries, such as scheduling or billing, will not incur charges.
