What My Sessions Feel Like

comfortable. restorative. real.

I hope to create a therapeutic space that feels like a slow exhale of a breath you didn’t realize you were holding. Like sitting in your favorite corner of the couch and finally sharing the thoughts that have been consuming you.

I combine depth with warmth. I make space for meaningful exploration while allowing room for lightness, humor, and relief.

I listen closely and actively. I don’t just nod silently. I wonder with you, ask questions, offer reflections, and create a space where your experiences can be explored.

Together, we identify what you need to feel more grounded, connected, and understood. We will work together to untangle and welcome the parts of you that feel misunderstood, conflicted, and fragmented.

Here, there is support for the tangled thoughts, the heavy stories, and laughter in the midst of hardship. Therapy with me, while intentional, is never overly clinical or cold. I create a space where you can show up fully as yourself with no judgment.
